The service at the restaurant was a bit slow, but the food made up for it. I ordered a delicious salad, pizza, coffee, and a rice bowl. Although the rice bowl took longer than expected, the flavors were worth the wait. The staff could have communicated better about the delay, but overall it was a satisfying dining experience. The facilities at the hotel were practical and convenient to use. My room was comfortable and the hotel had a nice swimming pool and fitness center. The location was good for my purposes and the associates tried hard to provide quality service. Although there were some minor issues with the bathroom, the overall quality of the property was good. The highlight of my stay was the amazing meal I had in the restaurant. The mushroom chicken and spicy seafood dishes were outstanding. The only downside was the slow service in the restaurant and room service. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

We liked hotel's facilities and staff. On-site restaurant Triple 8 was a bonus, had dinner there. Lovely place for exploring Si Maha Phot.

The food was delicious, and we loved the location that was perfect for our romantic getaway. The staff was always friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. One of the best aspects was the practical facilities offered, giving us a lot of convenience in terms of amenities.
Our experience was outweighed by the negatives. The building seemed great at first, but it had many design faults and lacks in detail work.

The location of this hotel is convenient for those on the go, with practical facilities for a short stay. the restaurant service is slow, with orders taking up to an hour to arrive. the rooms are nice and comfortable, but the bathroom is in poor condition; moldy bathtubs and shower cubicles with a leaking water hose next to the toilet leave little to be desired. All in all, the associates tried their best, and some food quality was good.
There seems to be a design fault in the fire doors that are left unlocked, allowing anyone to enter the building from outside.

We had a fantastic meal at this place. It was the best dining experience we've had in years. The mushroom chicken with chips and veggies was stellar, and my wife's spicy seafood dish hit the spot. We were so impressed with the mushroom sauce that we even tried to get the recipe, but unfortunately, the chef wasn't available that night. We were tempted to stay an extra night just to have it again!
We highly recommend this hotel for a short stay. The staff were accommodating and the quality of the food was excellent.

I had a pleasant short stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant offered a large choice of meals at excellent quality and very cheap prices. The mushroom chicken, chips and veggies I had for dinner were the best meal I have had in a long time. The swimming pool and fitness center were nice facilities to use. The staff members were very friendly and tried their best to make my stay enjoyable.
Nothing bad to say.

The hotel has some practical facilities that came in handy during our New Year's stay. We particularly enjoyed the large swimming pool and fitness center. the hotel's location also proved to be quite convenient as it was situated near key landmarks. Another advantage was the ample parking space next to the hotel area, which was ideal as we had a rented car.
the bathroom looked quite run down despite the hotel being rather new.

Can't fault anything about it.
